“I started personal training with Jon just over a year ago with my main goal being to lose some weight and generally get fitter. I initially signed up for a 12 week programme but enjoyed it so much (and was seeing such impressive results) that I’m still training with him now.

Jon’s nutrition advice was simple and easy to follow – no strict diet plans or calorie counting. As someone who loves food and baking it was great to be able to consistently lose weight whilst still enjoying food and having a social life!

Since then I’ve lost 2.5 stone, smashed my running goals (taking 35 minutes off my half marathon PB) and am the fittest & strongest I’ve ever been in my life.

Each session is different and completely tailored to me and my goals. Jon takes on board any feedback and knows when to push me that little bit harder or when to ease off.

Jon is a super friendly, fun guy to work with so although it’s hard work the training is always good fun. He really knows his stuff when it comes to both training and nutrition and is happy to answer any and all silly questions!
