Unlike some other personal trainers that I have encountered in the past, Jon listens to you and tailors each session to your personal needs. If your energy levels are a bit low one day, Jon will make sure he doesn’t push you too hard but, be warned, if you admit to having enjoyed a Domino’s or a glass of wine, you will be punished with extra sets and reps or some hideous exercise!
