Jon is an accredited UK Strength and Conditioning coach and has helped athletes from a range of sports improve their physical performance. Gymnasts, rugby players, footballers, cricketers and swimmers have felt the benefits of Jon’s approach to performance enhancement.
Jon uses a variety of techniques to improve strength, power, speed and mobility to ensure that each athlete he works with becomes a better and more robust athlete.
